Seafood Pasta Salad

My cousin sells this salad at his deli in Rohnert Park, California. Once he started bringing it to family gatherings, I became addicted. It's super easy to make, tastes fantastic, and it's perfect for potlucks.

1 lb package small seashell pasta, cooked and drained
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
small can chopped olives
half red bell pepper, chopped
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 lb imitation seafood, chopped
12 oz salad shrimp (the kind that's already cooked)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, all to taste
Dash Tabasco

In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients EXCEPT mayonnaise. Toss in mayonnaise until all ingredients are moistened. That's it!

For best results, chill for a few hours in the fridge so that flavors can blend. Stir before serving.
